A lifestyle family session is a unique way of telling your current story. Whether you have little ones or your children are a bit older, these sessions are filled with fun and games. Keep reading so you don’t miss a thing. Living in West Texas, we know the weather is not always in our favor. That is why an in-home lifestyle session with your family might be the answer you are looking for.
One of my favorite parts about these sessions is that everyone can be themselves. With no pressure to look at the camera all the time.
Kids tend to love these types of sessions. Whether jumping on the couch or mama’s bed, they almost forget about the potential rewards promised if they do well in the session.
The Wiebe family was a complete joy to work with. Both children did well throughout the entire session. I took the time to capture images of the family in different areas of their home. It was such a fun way to remember the memories created in each room.
Dad had a few special moments with each child. I photographed a daddy-daughter dance, butterfly kisses, and playtime.
Mama had her share of hugs and gave the little ones piggyback rides. Memories that are documented and will last a lifetime.
My favorite photos from the session are the ones of just Mom and Dad. This gave the children a few minutes to eat a snack and take a quick break.
For this particular lifestyle family session, we used the living room, kitchen, and children’s bedroom, and we made our way outside for a few fun photos before the sun set.
Thank you, Wiebe family, for letting me come into your home. I enjoyed every minute of it and can’t wait to capture your family session.

Arielle and David's wedding was elegant, to say the least! I observed their private vows from a distance and witnessed tender moments shared between the couple. Although it was a joyous occasion, the wedding was marked by the tragic loss of the groom's mother just weeks before.
Arielle's planning was evident in every aspect of the wedding, and the details of the day were simple yet elegant. Arielle's dress was beautiful.

If I could photograph this West Texas wedding again, I would do so in a heartbeat. Maria and Thomas' wedding was a joy to photograph. I knew the moment I walked into the room that we were going to have a good day.
For the first look, the pecan orchard was a must regardless of the weather. Let me tell you, these images turned out beautiful. The trees were lush green, and the misty rain added to the scene.
