Tina and Daniel’s elegant wedding was a fairy tale located in Seminole Texas. The cozy preparation space, elegant details, and decor choices all came together beautifully to create a romantic experience. And, of course, Tina’s dress added an extra touch of elegance to the occasion.
As a wedding photographer there is something about capturing the elegance of a day that gets my heart fluttering. I love all things dainty and elegant. I mean, who doesn’t?
The bride and her bridesmaids began getting ready at Susie’s Photography studio. Sam Friesen styled each bridesmaid’s hair and created beautiful curls for the bride. Then Christina Leopky highlighted the girls’ beauty with her makeup artistry, showcasing her talent for creating a flawless look I can spot in every bride.
Daniel chose to get ready in the conference room at MEC. There, his best man helped him prepare for the first look. Daniel’s tan suit added more elegance to the day.
Often times, guys getting ready rooms are not the best. The lighting is typically horrible and the room is a multi purpose room. What I like to do in these cases is pull the groom and groomsmen into a well lite area of the church/venue and capture their portraits there.
The couple choose to have their first look at the Junior High building in Seminole. I really enjoyed working with the bridal party! We encountered a challenge when creating a picture with the wedding ring, which was a request from Tina. However, with the best man’s creative thinking, we managed to get the shot. We had a taller bridesmaid hold the string at just the right height, resulting in a stunning image of the ring suspended in the air.
After bridal party portraits, we headed back to the MEC for family formals. Despite Daniel’s large family, the portraits went very smoothly.
The reception, decorated by Ruthie and Co., featured a beautiful cake, with the highlight being the delicious meal catered by Patio Pizza.
A special moment between Daniel and his niece Emily was recreated during the reception, capturing a heartfelt memory that will be treasured. The day concluded with a flashlight exit, marking the end of a beautiful wedding as Tina and Daniel began their journey into the next chapter of their lives, filled with happiness and love.

Arielle and David's wedding was elegant, to say the least! I observed their private vows from a distance and witnessed tender moments shared between the couple. Although it was a joyous occasion, the wedding was marked by the tragic loss of the groom's mother just weeks before.
Arielle's planning was evident in every aspect of the wedding, and the details of the day were simple yet elegant. Arielle's dress was beautiful.

If I could photograph this West Texas wedding again, I would do so in a heartbeat. Maria and Thomas' wedding was a joy to photograph. I knew the moment I walked into the room that we were going to have a good day.
For the first look, the pecan orchard was a must regardless of the weather. Let me tell you, these images turned out beautiful. The trees were lush green, and the misty rain added to the scene.
