This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Texas has its own state privacy law, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), which took effect July 1, 2024. The TDPSA exempts small businesses as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration from most of its obligations. Mary Wiebe Photography qualifies as a small business under this definition. Consistent with the TDPSA's requirements that apply regardless of size, I do not sell sensitive personal information without your consent.
